An Important Note About Spelling:

It is entirely YOUR responsibility to provide us with the correct names and dates.Most folks are very insistant that their names and dates be correct. Please do your research thoroughly before ordering a gift for another,  it is impossible to change a pot once it has been fired !

In order to produce your piece of personalized pottery, we need to know the following:

1. The piece of pottery you wish to order
2. The names & dates you wish on the pot.
3. The color choice (usually blue/white, green/white or Heritage Grey)
4. Your name, address & phone
5. Shipping address & (optional) gift card message( yes, we can ship to a gift address)
6. Method of payment. We accept Mastercard/VISA Discover & American Express, Money orders or personal check, PA residents include 6% sales tax
